Information on refunds and returns

Customers have the right, by law, to withdraw from the contract within 15 days without giving any reason. However, with a view to customer satisfaction and certainty of the quality of the product, the right of withdrawal is extended to 30 days from the date on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a Credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within a certain number of days. Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
